We have all asked ourselves that question when it comes time to take our dog for a walk. With our crazy winters in Atlanta, where one day will be 50 degrees and 15 the next. I always advocate exercise but sometimes we have to find alternatives to the walk. Please refer to the PetPlan chart from petplan.com to help you decide just how cold is too cold.
